Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within the United States for products that are “In Stock”. For food products that are “out of stock” please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. We ship using FedEx and you will receive a tracking number within the first 24 hours of ordering.
RETURNS
What is MPE’s return Policy?
You may return any merchandise in unused and new condition, within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please e-mail us at info@mpefoodstorage.com. NOTE: for solar panel and generator product sales, there will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of return shipping, plus 10% of the purchase price should a customer receive the generator and/or solar panel and then want to return it.
After a return is initiated with our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 business days of our receiving your return.
